LIMOUSIN GENETICS FROM ABEREKIN CAPTURES CHAMPIONSHIP TITLES ON SPANISH LIMOUSIN SHOW-2004
"This has been a great year for Aberekin, claiming a remarkable one-two-three championship punch at the 2004 Spanish Limousin Show" The 2004 Spanish Limousin Show in Salamanca, Spain was time well spent for Aberekin, capping of the week with a one, two, three punch in the championship circle. The popularity of Aberekin genetics was evident as 44% of the winner animals were sired by an Aberekin sire. Judge Mr. Peyrot (French breeder) placed 250 head on September 9th. In the championship circle, the winners sired by Aberekin bulls included Supreme Champion bull (by PARADIS), Intermediate Champion (by PARADIS), Senior Champion (by ILLUSTRE), Reserve Senior Champion (by DUVALIER), and Honorable Mention Grand Champion (by PARADIS). In total, PARADIS sired 5 class winners as well as 8 champion titles. The Power of Aberekin shines on the shavings at Salamanca! Crowned Supreme Grand Champion was a PARADIS son, Ros, owned by Fernando Heras from Bizkaia-Spain, who was also awarded Intermediate Champion and Supreme Champion.
