NEW SPANISH GENETIC EVALUATIONS, JULY 2011

     Three new Aberekin bulls have risen to the top of July list, MEGAGENIO (Duplex * Badiola Megate family), SONY (Shottle * Canyon August family) and SANDOKAN (Mr. Sam * Sandy-Valley Aaron Blizz).

     Aberekin veterans remain consistent breed leaders (DUPLEX, VOLVO, EMIR, TALON-Rc, ONTARIO, MAZDA, CHICAGO, EMIR, EMPIRE and TOJO). This team has been completed in his second round with another Mr. Sam son extremely high in type and secondary traits, named SUDOKU.

     These very exciting bulls have been a welcomed addition to the Aberekin lineup.

     The newest member of this elite group is MEGAGENIO (Duplex * Badiola Megate’s family). Just released in January 2011, he has now 92 daughters, he has the breeding of kings and queens. MEGAGENIO transmits an extremely balanced proof. The daughters are very stylish, long-bodied cows that exhibit powerful front ends. They exhibit tremendous udder texture, teat shape and placement. MEGAGENIO daughters are generally much better than their dams. MEGAGENIO transmits yield and snugly attached udders with incredible texture. Easy calving bull and strong cow family.

     The “Aisha” son SONY (Shottle * Canyon-Breeze Fin Aisha * August EX-92 * Amber EX-93) is the sire bound to meet breeders´ high expectations for milk and type. The strength of his cow family is world wide renowned. He has the ability to stamp his daughters with strength, power and openness of ribs. In addition, daughters walk and exhibit a hard top line. This very exciting bull has the ability to improve strength, feet and legs and udders.

     The “Mr. Sam” son SANDOKAN (Mr. Sam * Sandy-Valley Aaron Blizz) made his debut in July 2011 at the Aberekin. This bull arrives on the top of the list from the famous Sandy-Valley Du Blizzard. He provides an incredible balance of milk, high daughter fertility and functional dairy strength. In addition, he carries a low Somatic Cell Score and high Longevity. Hard working daughters. Fine bone quality and soft udder texture. SANDOKAN is a calving ease bull.

     Our highest type ranking of the bulls is DUPLEX (Durham x Emory Emerald EX-90). This Durham son has achieved new levels of success during the last years.
